FATZ Café is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special menu featuring many of the items that originated from 1988.
Peach Sangria, a Summer Salad with peaches, Southern Style Fried Mushrooms, the Original FATZ Sampler Platter, Baby Back Ribs and its World Famous Calabash Chicken are listed on the menu. Staff will be wearing an apron showcasing the history of the restaurant that was born in a converted roadside peach shed in Spartanburg.
Café Enterprises, parent owner of the restaurant chain, is headquartered in Taylors on Wade Hampton Boulevard.
