The Mary Black School of Nursing, on the campus of University of South Carolina Upstate, will be hosting a Festival of Opportunities Saturday Sept. 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on campus at the University Readiness Center.

The event is a gateway for pre-nursing and nursing majors to meet the Student Nurses’ Association of South Carolina and the staff of sponsor Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

The festival offers opportunities for the community to get involved with a 5k diabetes walk at noon, nursing skills relay, blood donations, bone marrow drive, and food trucks.

Find more information here or contact the Mary Black School of Nursing at 864-503-5000.
