The blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit of a woman who crashed into a car head-on, killing a man and injuring his wife, according to Greer Police.

Kara Rae Reynolds, 29, is charged with felony DUI involving death and felony DUI with great bodily injury in the Feb. 20 crash.

Reynolds was the driver of a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country heading the wrong way on West Wade Hampton Boulevard when her vehicle struck a 2022 Nissan Titan. William Ford, the driver of the Titan, died and his wife was injured, according to the Greer Police Department.

No bond has been set for Reynolds. Her initial court appearance is scheduled for June 24.
