Greer CPW’s customer service lobby will reopen to customers June 1 pending any additional State of Emergency closures by Governor Henry McMaster.  A maximum of three customers will be allowed in the lobby at a time.

“We are moving forward with as close to normal operations but with caution.  Many of our employees will continue to work remotely except those employees needed to operate the customer service lobby,” said Mike Richard, Greer CPW General Manager.

Customers looking to pay a utility bill may do so on the website, www.greercpw.com, drive thru, by phone at 848-5501 or with a customer service representative at 848-5500. Customers looking for new or transferred service should also visit the website.

If you need financial assistance paying your bill, please contact Greer CPW to discuss a payment plan or you may call Greer Relief, an organization that works to prevent hunger and homelessness in the community. They also provide utility assistance to the Greater Greer area.

The utility also said, “we do not expect any impacts to our rates due to the coronavirus. In fact, rate increases are not expected to be needed for several years.”
