Donations will be collected Monday-Friday from 6-8 p.m. at school's back parking lot. Pickup for large items can be made Monday through Wednesday by calling Jeff Young at 864-360-7013.
The Spring Band Concert will be held Sunday, May 18 at 3 p.m. in the school auditorium. Admission is $5.
• Glenis Redmond, the in-house poet for the Peace Center, held a Peace Voices workshop with students at Greer High. She shared some poems from her collection – most notably “She” and “Bruised” – and helped the students create their own Praise Poems, some of which were presented during the workshop.
