Greer's Gregory is on roster for College All Star Game

Tymeco Gregory, football standout at Greer High School and Wofford College, will be playing for the Danny Ford-coached Nationals All Star team.

Danny Ford and Willie Jeffries have their teams for the College All Star Bowl being played Friday, Feb. 14 at Furman University.

The 50-man rosters for the Americans, which are being led by Jeffries, and the Nationals, coached by Ford, can be found here.

Greer's Tymeco Gregory, who played at Wofford College is on the Nationals team. Gregory played his high school football at Greer High School.

Highlights of the two rosters include:

• 54 players that have received All-Conference honors

• 14 that earned All-American honors

• Five that played in national championship games

• The NCAA record holder for catches in a single season, Freddie Martino of North Greenville with 146

• The FCS leader in receiving, Lee Kurfis of Lehigh

• Players from 22 conferences

• Players from 63 schools

• The University of Miami had the most players commit with five.

The game will air nationwide on the CBS Sports Network.
