Hill signs with North Greenville

Greer High School's Andrew Hill signed a grant-in-aid to attend North Greenville University to run cross country. Hill's mother, Lynell, and cross country coach John Heberger, left, and track coach Jorge Santos attended the ceremony at the school.

 

 

Andrew Hill, an academic, cross country and distance track standout with Greer High School, has signed a grant-in-aid to run for North Greenville University.

He owns the school record for the 800 and 1600 meters. Hill will concentrate on country cross at NGU.

The past four years Hill has run for Greer he:

• is a 3-time cross country all-region

• captain of the cross country team.

• 2010 boys team all-region

• 2-time region track team champion

Andrew’s mother, Lynell Hill, and coaches Jorge Santos and John Heberger attended the signing.
