IHOP, Doctors Express and Heartland Dental Care are scheduled to occupy three of the four suites planned for Suber Commons Retail at the intersection of Suber Road and Wade Hampton Blvd.
RealtyLink LLC of Greenville is marketing the project. Hogan Construction Group has filed a $1.1 million permit for the complex and Strange Brothers Grading is preparing the 4-acre site.
"We're thrilled to do the 12,000-square-foot project with three tenants planned with a fourth remaining," Jack Jamison of RealtyLink, said. "Construction is being done and we expect that to end in August. Then the tenants work on their interiors and that should take another couple of months."
IHOP will occupy 4,000 square feet, Heartland Dental Care 3,200 sf and Doctors Express 2,666 sf. One suite remains, 2,216 sf, for lease that is adjacent to IHOP.
It is the first venture for IHOP in Greer. It has two Greenville locations and one in Spartanburg. DineEquity of Glendale, Calif., is the owner of IHOP and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar brands.
Heartland Dental Care’s Greer facility is the first in Greenville County. A franchis is in Boiling Springs and Spartanburg. It provides dentists and team members’ leadership and support through continuing education and services such as staffing, human resources, purchasing, marketing, administration, financial and information technology.
Doctors Express, with Greenville locations on Woodruff Road and Cherrydale, is an urgent care network providing health care services.
