City Councilman Wayne Griffin has organized the city's Martin Luther King Day celebration through words, dance, song and multimedia presentations.

Judge Henry Mims will be the keynote speaker at the Martin Luther King Day celebration on Monday, Jan. 20, at Greer City Hall.

The annual lunch is 11:30 a.m. Tickets are $5 per person and available at the City of Greer Parks and Recreation Department at 446 Pennsylvania Ave. Greer Memorial Hospital.

City Councilman Wayne Griffin has organized the event that celebrates King through words, dance, song and multimedia presentations.

Attendees are asked to bring one or more non-perishable food items to help Greer Relief meet the needs of the hungry.
