Lake Robinson is all cleaned up and ready for its annual Day of Celebration next Sunday.

Fifteen volunteers collected 26 bags of trash and litter along Mays Bridge Road and around the lake Saturday. Volunteers included children, a Greer Middle College student and lake neighbors.

Lake Robinson’s annual celebration promoted by Greer Commission of Public Works, free to the public, is Sept. 25 from 1-6 p.m. Food, music, children's activities, educational booths, kayaking and canoeing are among the planned events..
