Lake Robinson was as pristine Sunday as it is described to recreational users and homeowners on its banks within view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Greer Commission of Public Works hosted the annual Lake Robinson celebration day. The waters were mirror-like calm that afforded kayakers and canoeists to skim easily over the water.

Vendors promoting lake safety and recreation were on hand. Children may have enjoyed the day combining a puppet show, educational materials and getting free rides on the lake.
