Jasmine likes math interventionist Mrs. Candy Holliday teaching techniques and her reward system.
She is such a good teacher and helps me get good grades in math. She is so nice that she gives us CANDY on Friday! She is also the most patient teacher I have ever had, and she gives us mints every day!
It is so fun to be in her class, and I get math when I am with her. She lets us play math games, and then we do problems we did not understand on the board. She also has a table we can write on, and we get to work problems out on the table. She likes to see our work so she can see if we really understand. One more thing…she cares if we get good grades. She is great!
• Mrs. Holliday is a math intervention teacher at Chandler Creek Elementary. She graduated from Clemson University and has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. Her Masters plus 30 emphasis is in math. Mrs. Holliday has been teaching for 34 years. We are so happy to have her as part of our staff.
