Nicholson wins Best in Show, 2 firsts in Artisphere art exhibit

Zoe Nicholson won best in show and two first place honors at the Artisphere art exhibit produced by Greenville County High School students. There were over 250 pieces entered from 14 high schools.

Nicholson won for her photograph “Contineo” and Ricky Carter won the People’s Choice Award with his drawing “Clingstone Memories.”

Greer students who earned recognition:

• 1st Photography, Zoe Nicholson, 2nd, Savannah Lee, 3rd, Whitney Robertson.

• 1st Ceramics, Alicia Smith, 2nd, Lindsey Bruce.

• 1st Mixed Media, Zoe Nicholson.

• 1st Drawing, Savannah Turner, 2nd, Zach Lowe, 3rd, Savannah Turner, honorable mention, Christina Tinker.

• 1st Painting, Samm Rybikowsky, honorable mention, Makayla Shipton.

• People’s Choice Award, Ricky Carter for his drawing  “Clingstone Memories”.

• Best In Show, Zoe Nicholson for her Photograph “Contineo”.
