Mrs. Daisy Vaughn "MaMa" Pegram, 91, of Duncan, SC died on Sunday, June 16, 2013.
Mrs. Pegram served as a home-daycare-provider for generations of clients and was the oldest member of the First Baptist Church in Duncan. She had Macular degeneration and could barely see, but she loved having the Bible read to her! Mrs. Daisy loved to get her hair "set" every week! She loved her neighbors and friends from Duncan!
Mrs. Pegram was the daughter of Brian and Ada Vaughn of Duncan, SC.
She is pre-deceased by a sister, Edna, and six brothers, Brian, Fred, Roy, Clarence, Herman, and Herald. She was the widow of the late James Howard Pegram.

Mr. Wright was a US Army WWII Veteran, member of the 178 Artillery where he served in North Africa, England, Tunisia, Sicily, Naples and Rome. He was the recipient of the Silver Star Medal for his valor in Italy. He was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church.
