Carolyn Moore Carpenter, 80, widow of Harold David Carpenter, died Monday, July 16, 2018.

Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Ray and Rowie Hill Moore.

Surviving:

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Sammons DeMauex; son-in-law, William Scott DeMauex, three step-daughters and two grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank Interim Hospice, caregivers, Robin Delano, Tina McCormick, Pam Ward Smith and Angie Carpenter for the love, compassion and care given to Carolyn during her illness.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at The Wood Mortuary, Greer, SC.

Visitation will be held 9:45 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interim Hospice or Greenville County Animal Care.
