Deborah Mathis Shields, 56, died January 8, 2014.

A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Robert and Eva Gravitt Mathis, she attended Fairview Baptist Church and loved her family.

Surviving:

Surviving are her husband, Robert H. Shields of the home; a daughter, Bobbie Leeann Shields of the home; and a brother, Ronnie Smith and wife, Rachel of Greer.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Gilford E. Smith and Ray C. Smith.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Eddie Leopard. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.
