Alton Deryl Lawson, 59, passed away March 18, 2017.

A native of Greenville County, son of Alvin Buddy and Clara Richards Lawson of Greer, he was an employee of Ashmore Homes and a member of Latigo Cowboy Church.

Surviving:

Also surviving are his son, Kevin Deryl Lawson (Kelly) of Nashville, Tennessee; a brother, Ricky Michael Lawson (Roni) of Palm Harbor, Florida; nephew, Ian Lawson; and nieces, Shaina, Aimee and Rhiannon Lawson.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Apalache Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Eddie Cooper and Rev. Philip Wilds.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Trey Forrester, Travis Forrester, Mark Styles, Frankie Pruitt, Mike Hudson, Robbie Lee and Danny Boyter.

Honorary escort will be the congregation of Latigo Cowboy Church.

Visitation will be held 1:30-2:45 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

The family is at the home of his parents, Buddy and Clara Lawson, 145 Golden Lane, Greer, SC 29651.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Latigo Cowboy Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 5, Campobello, SC 29322.
