Eddie Lee Parker, 90, husband of the late Lorene Mitchem Parker, passed away May 29, 2022.

A native of Leaksville, N.C., son of the late John Manton and Hettie Shockley Parker, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War, a retired employee of Fluor Daniel and a member of West Spartanburg Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are three daughters, Donna Bridwell (Jackie) of Woodruff, Gaye Miller (Charlie) of Lyman, and Wendy Fowler (Jeff) of Pelzer; eight grandchildren, Jonathan Bridwell (Allison), Alicia Padgett (Josh), Samantha Parker, Michael Parker (Taylor), Jordan Miller, Jeremy Fowler, Jillian Miller, and Grayson Fowler; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Eddie Lee Parker II, a brother, Jimmy Parker, and a sister, Hilda Pake.

Funeral Services:

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Westwood Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Jackie Bridwell.

Visitation will be held after the service at the cemetery.

The family is at their respective homes.
