Edna Louise Schemel Scott, 70, passed away March 15, 2019.

A native of Morrow, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles Henry and Dorothy Marie Powers Schemel, she was a retired nurse and a member of Resurrection Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are her husband, Richard Lee Scott of Greer; a daughter, Courtney Scott Proffit (Peyton) of Greer; a brother, Charles Schemel of Ohio; a sister, Barbara Vollat of Ohio; three grandchildren; step-children, Rick Scott (Dawn) and Lisa Scott Sizemore; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Pastor Bradley Cox.

Burial will follow in Ramsey Creek Preserve.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
