Edna Ruth Coleman Scott, 68, of 107 Woodward Street, died July 15, 2013 at Alpha Health and Rehab.
A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late John William and Dessie Mae Bryant Coleman, she was a homemaker and attended Emanuel Gospel Tabernacle.
Surviving:
Surviving are a daughter, Cecilia Scott Locke of Greenville; a son, James Lee Scott of Greer; two sisters, Carrie Mae Newton and Lois Juanita Coleman both of Greer; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Scott was predeceased by one daughter, Rene Scott Murph, two brothers, James Adam Coleman and John Lewis Coleman, and one sister, Carolyn Coleman Morrow.
Funeral Services:
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Floyd Poole. Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held 12:15-1:45 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Cecilia Scott Locke, 8 Castell Drive, Greenville.
