Eugene Floyd Searcy, 67, passed away December 8, 2022.

A native of Greer, son of Doris Mildred Burgess Searcy of Travelers Rest and the
late Vernon Floyd Searcy, he was a retired employee of Parrish Tire and a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church. His first wife was the late Emily Kay Searcy.

Surviving:

Surviving also are his wife, Judith A. Searcy; one daughter, Charlotte Marquess
(Jeff) of Lyman; one son, Travis Searcy (Ashley) of Lyman; one brother, James
Searcy (Teena) of Greenville; one sister, Diane Searcy of Travelers Rest; and three grandchildren, Jackson Searcy, Katelyn Marquess, and Emily Marquess.

He was also predeceased by one brother, Steven Searcy.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2022, at The Wood
Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Tim Clark. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be held 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. Monday at mortuary before the service.

The family is at the home of the daughter.
