Brian Heath Gowan, 37, of 9 Kimbrells Cove Lane, died August 16, 2015 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

A native of Greenville County, son of James Dennis Gowan, Jr. and Cathey Fleming, he was an employee of Yeargin Construction, a member of Fairview Baptist Church and a loving son and father.

Surviving:

Also surviving are a daughter, Sydney Gowan of Boiling Springs and a brother, Brent Gowan of Greenville.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Taylors First Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Paul Jimenez.

Burial will follow in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 6:30-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
