Helen Campbell Abercrombie, 77, widow of Harold R. Abercrombie, passed away December 23, 2016.

A native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Dewey and Eunice Stewart Campbell, a retired employee of Campbell Paint, and a member of Cross Plains Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Cooke (Jeff) of Maple Hill, NC; four brothers, Dewey Campbell of Piedmont and David, Kenneth and Sammy Campbell all of Greer; three sisters, Juanita Burrell of Greer, Nancy Arington of Six Mile and Pat Epps of Easley; two grandchildren, Zachary Cooke (Danielle) of Jacksonville, NC and Brittney Westbrooke (Chris) of Greenville, NC; and five great-grandchildren, Lexi Cooke, Taylor Westbrooke, Kinley Westbrooke, Kylee Cooke and Zoey Cooke.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at The Wood Mortuary.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Davey Campbell, Barry Carter, Campbell Davenport, Caneilus Campbell, Graham Woods, and Zach Johnson.

Visitation will be held 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary prior to the service.
