Jean Dunn Jacobsen, 87, died August 11, 2013 at Hawthorne Inn.

A native of Jersey City, New Jersey, daughter of the late Iguatius and Edna Rhein Dunn, she was a retired employee of International Paper and of the Methodist faith.

Surviving:

Surviving are three sons, Eric Jacobsen of Houston, Texas, Mark Jacobsen of Edgewood, Maryland, and Kurt Jacobsen of Greer; two daughters, Jan Wallace of Bluffton and Karen Nemechek of Columbus, Ohio; one brother, Larry Dunn of Atlanta, Georgia; one sister, Elaine D. Kounnas of Tampa, Florida; and four grandchildren.

Ms. Jacobsen was predeceased by two brothers, Charles Dunn and Tom Dunn and one sister, Emmie Smith.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SC Governor?s School for the Arts and Humanities, 15 University Street, Greenville, SC 29601.
