Catherine Jeanne Babb Shy, 98, widow of Max H. Shy, passed away August 6, 2018.

A native of Isabel, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late Arch O. and Grace Combs Babb, a homemaker and member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Quackenbush (John) of Moore and Jayne Anderson (Mike) of Smolan, Kansas; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral Services:

A funeral service will be at a later date in Illinois. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Kansas, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one?s choice.

The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff of Rolling Green Village at Evergreen Place and the Lutheran Hospice for their excellent love and care.
