Linda Gail Cunningham Barton, 79, passed away February 2, 2020.

A native of Greenville County, South Carolina, daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn Baker Cunningham, she grew up in the Taylors area and graduated from Taylors High School.

Linda worked in school lunchrooms in South Carolina and North Carolina. She was a retired cafeteria employee of Brushy Creek Elementary School and member of Taylors First Baptist Church.

She was dedicated to her family.

Surviving:

Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Jesse Vanoy "Veto" Barton of the home; three sons, Trevor Barton (Robin) of Greenville, Trent Barton (Justine) of West Columbia and Tyler Barton (Dawn) of Blythewood, South Carolina; one brother, Barry Cunningham of Powdersville; three sisters, Susan Manus, Robbie Rader and Jeanne Molnar all of Greenville; and six grandchildren whom she loved so dearly, Ethan, Bakary, Van, Maggie, Zeke and Laura Barton.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Taylors First Baptist Church Sanctuary, conducted by Dr. Jimmie Harley and Rev. Jerry Long. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Bill Bagwell, Jerry Brown, Heath Summey, Rick Lambert, Dick Fenner and Bill Clifton.

Visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Thursday in the Welcome Center of Taylors First Baptist Church prior to the service.

The family is at the home.
