Margaret "Jody" Joan Tinsley Carman, 91, widow of Fred James Carman, passed away June 20, 2020.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late J.B. and Margaret Dillard Tinsley, she was the co-owner of Elsie D. Fleming Dress Shop and a former member of Greer First Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are a son, Greg Carman of Greenville; a daughter, Debra C. "Debby" Williams (Sam) of Townville; a granddaughter, Lindsay T. Ellis (Matthew) of Fort Mill; and two great-grandchildren, Fisher Ellis and Cooper Ellis.

She was predeceased by a sister, Betty Kennedy.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 22, 2020 at Wood Memorial Park, conducted by Mrs. Dottie Bryson.

The family is at their respective homes.
