Marion "Dean" Reynolds, Jr., 81, passed away February 20, 2023.

A native of Holly Springs, S.C., son of the late Marion Dean Reynolds, Sr. and Lula Mae Garland Reynolds, he was a graduate of James F. Byrnes High School, a U.S. Air Force veteran, a retired employee of Hoechst Celanese, owned his own auctioneer company, Dean?s Auctions for 12 years, and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Dean was a Mason and a member of Bailey Lodge #146.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Connie Ann Beeks Reynolds of the home; one daughter, Pamela Jo "Pam" Johnson (John) of Lyman; one brother, J. Carroll Reynolds of Inman; three grandchildren, Brittany Jo (Josh), J.J., and Jeffrey; and one great-granddaughter, Bryleigh Jo.

He was also predeceased by one sister, Janice E. Thompson.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, February 24, at Friendship Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Michael Beeks, Rev. Steve Durham, and Rev. Alan Bagwell.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Hal Chafey, Ray Lewis, Ken Price, Everett Beeks, Don Rodgers, and Josh Bondurant.

Visitation will be held from 5 ? 7 p.m. Thursday, February 23, at The Wood Mortuary.
