Marjorie Emory Davis, 101, wife of the late James Verlon Davis, passed away November 24, 2022.

A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Eddie Seymour and Nancy Jane Thompson Emory, she worked for Pacific Mills, Lyman Printing and Finishing for 43 years as an inspector and desk clerk and was the oldest member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Melaine Davis of Inman, S.C.; daughter and son-in-law, Margretha and Jack Stinson of Campobello, S.C.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Davis was predeceased by one son, Billy Davis; two brothers, Ed Emory, and Roy Emory; and four sisters, Clara Stevens, Beulah Brookshire, Della Jackson, and Louise Burrell.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Holly Springs Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Tim Clark and Rev. Henry Stanford.

Burial will follow in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 2:-2:45 PM Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Holly Springs Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Wells, Eli Hoover, Jamey Davis, Clint Hoover, and Ben Davis.

The family will be at their respective homes.
