Mary Collins, age 91, widow of Roy Eugene Collins, Jr. and loving mother passed away on March 22, 2013 after a period of declining health.

Born in Chester, SC, Mary, known as "Kootsie" to her family and close friends, was the daughter of the late Lonnie Greene and Carrie Simpson Ferguson of Charleston, SC.

Surviving:

Surviving are two beloved sons, Gene Collins and his wife, Linda Leonard Collins of Greer and Allen Collins and his wife, Sue Stewart Collins of Seneca. In addition, she was blessed with five grandchildren, Greg Collins (Emily) of Lyman, Tim Collins of Seneca, Kellie Collins (Jeremie Underwood) of Greenville, Jason Collins (Tara) of North Charleston and Andrew Collins (Maggie) of Fort Mill, SC. She was also blessed with seven great-grandchildren, Logan, Skylar, Lander, Aiden, Evan, Kaya and Cooper. She is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Leonard Fulghum of Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Mrs. Collins was predecease by two sisters and one brother.

Funeral Services:

Visitation will be held at The Wood Mortuary on March 24, 2013 from 3PM until 4PM followed by graveside services conducted by Dr. Wilson Nelson at Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
