Maxine Moore Morehead, 89, wife of the late Hugh Reeves Morehead, passed
away July 1, 2022.

A native of Shelby, N.C., daughter of the late Wilson and Annie Belle
McSwain Moore, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving:

Surviving are one daughter, Denise Grantland (Eddie) of Huntsville, Ala.; one
son, Michael Reeves Morehead (Melissa) of Taylors; one brother, Larry Moore of
Shelby, N.C.; two grandchildren, Adam Michael Morehead and Brittney
Denise Knight; and one great-granddaughter, Kinsley Reeves.

She was also predeceased by one sister, Jane Ingles.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family is at their respective homes.
