Montezz Tate Sammons, 90, of Taylors died December 2, 2013 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

A native of Anderson County, she was a homemaker and longtime member of First Baptist Church of Taylors.

Surviving:

Surviving are her husband, J.A. Sammons of the home; a son, Duane Sammons of Alabama; a daughter, Sherrye S. Bridwell of Taylors; a brother, Rodger Tate of Anderson; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Woodlawn Memorial Park, conducted by Rev. Hugh Sammons.

Visitation will be held 1:30 until 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
