Noreen Elizabeth Eledge Starnes, 70, passed away November 26, 2018.

A native of Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Juanita Caldwell Eledge, a retired seamstress, and a member of El Bethel Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are one daughter, Amanda Hunt (Colin) of Atlanta, Georgia; one son, Bradley Starnes (Ally) of Simpsonville; one sister, Linda Hughes of Greer and four grandchildren, Lauren, Matthew, Jackie and Gracie.

She was also predeceased by one brother, Tommy Eledge.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary Chapel, conducted Rev. Tim Huckaby.

Visitation will be held 2:30 until 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary prior to the service.

The family is at their respective homes.
