Rev. Leonard Donald "Don" Elders, 68, passed away on November 19, 2018.

A native of Buncombe County, NC, son of Bettie J. Campbell Elders of Greer and the late Leonard Elders, he was the founder and current associate pastor at Living Way Community Church, after pastoring churches in South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia since 1979.

Surviving:

Surviving in addition to his mother, are his wife, Diane Davis Elders of the home; five sons, Keith Elders of Gaffney, Rev. Kevin Elders (Kelley) of Greenwood, Ken Elders (Angela) of Greer, Kris Elders of Gaffney and Tracy Edwards of Belton; one daughter, Kim Jordan (Jeremy) of Clarksville, TN and fourteen grandchildren.

Mr. Elders was predeceased by two brothers, Wayne Elders and Kenneth Elders and one sister, Carolyn Richards.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Living Way Community Church conducted by Rev. Keith Kelly and Rev. Kevin Elders.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Ellis, Shannon Yarbrough, Josh Forrester, Joey Good, Red Sims and Jimmy Boyer.

Visitation will be held 9:30-10:45 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Living Way Community Church, 3239 North Highway 101, Greer, SC 29651.
