Rev. Eddie Allen Cooper, 60, passed away July 26, 2021.

A native of Greenville County, son of Marion Riddle Cooper of Gray Court, S.C., and the late Thomas Alvin Cooper, he graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and was the senior pastor at Apalache Baptist Church.

Mr. Cooper also served at Stovall Baptist Church, Stovall, N.C., Little Bethel Baptist Church, Marion, S.C., and Arrowwood Baptist Church, Chesnee, S.C.

Surviving:

Surviving in addition to his mother are his loving wife, Lori Kent Cooper of the home.

Funeral Services:

A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Apalache Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Kenneth B. Sandifer, Rev. Brian Childers, and Rev. Butch Howard.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park conducted by Dr. Benjamin Littlejohn and Dr. Tim Clark.

Visitation will be held 1:00-2:45 p.m. Thursday July 29, 2021, at Apalache Baptist Church.

Honorary escort will be past and present Deacons of Apalache Baptist Church.
The family will be at the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a mission fund of one's choice at Apalache Baptist Church, 1915 Gap Creek Road, Greer, S.C. 29651.
