Roy Hudson Jones, 71, passed away on April 24, 2018 at his home.

A native of Greer, son of the late R.C. and Myrtle Jones, he was a retired employee of General Electric, and a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Geneva Ward Jones of the home; one son, Roy Todd Jones of Greer; one daughter, Lisa Michelle Jones (Ivan) of Greer; one sister, Betty Grubbs (Jack) of Greer; two grandchildren, James Hudson Jones (Celsey) and Makenzie Jesse Jones (Lane) and two great-grandchildren, Mason and Walker Jones.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Brushy Creek Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Jeremy Roberts, Dr. Ralph Carter and Rev. Robbie Sox.

Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home.
