Russell David Hinton, 58, passed away December 4, 2021.

A native of Greer, son of Norma Jean Downs Hinton and the late John Thomas Hinton, Jr., he was an employee of Mitsubishi Polyester Film and of the Christian faith having been baptized at Pleasant View Baptist Church in 1972.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Cynthia Elaine Arnold Hinton of the home; two brothers, J.T. Hinton III (Janice) of Taylors; Rodney R. Hinton (Penny) of Greenville; one sister, Pam Genobles (Regie) of Greer; seven nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Anderson, SC conducted by Pastor T.J. Marcus.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at The Wood Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Greer Parks and Recreation Department, 446 Pennsylvania Ave, Greer, SC 29650.
