Ryan Newton Essex, 44, passed away August 2, 2019.�

Ryan was an amazing son, brother, and friend.� He was a lover of all things football, but especially his Carolina Gamecocks.�

He was an avid musician and always enjoyed a good conversation.�

He was loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.�

A native of Greenville, graduate of Furman University, son of Bonnie Gay Beals Essex of Taylors and the late Robert Lee Essex, he was an employee at Netalytics in Greer.

Also surviving is his brother, Mark Essex (Karen) of Greer.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Ken Vickery.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home of his brother, Mark Essex.
