Sarah Kay Massengale, 67, of Woodruff, widow of Wade Massengale, Jr., died October 23, 2013 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Alford and Katie Sizemore Kay, she was a former employee of Carmet Industries and a member of Apalache Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are three daughters, Wanda Forrester and her husband, Chuck, Clara Moore, and Cindy Taylor all of Greer; a son, Tim Massengale of Woodruff; a brother, Alford Kay, Jr. of Spartanburg; a sister, Clara Helmboldt of Woodruff; nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Keith Kelly.

Burial will follow in Liberty United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home of her daughter, Wanda Forrester.
