Scott James Covington, 54, passed away February 2, 2022.

A native of Charlotte, N.C., son of the late Arthur Dewey and Barbara (Dorton)
Covington, he was an employee of Wurth Wood Group located in Greer for 21
years and a member of Sharon United Methodist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Monica Dianne Dailey Covington of the home; two sons,
Christopher Steven Covington of Greer and Joshua Scott Covington of Greer; one
brother, Rodney Darrin Covington (Karen) of Inman; one sister, Lisa Beth Shaver
(Rusty) of Spartanburg; three nephews, Chad Covington (Mindy), Brandon Goen
(Madison) and Andrew Goen (Christina); and two nieces, Hannah Stoner (Clint)
and Holly Brown (Freddie).

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at The
Wood Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Todd Johnson.

Visitation will be held 2:30-3:45 PM Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at The Wood
Mortuary.

The family will be at the home.
