Sylvia Mae Yearwood, 70, of 7015 Mountain View Road, went home to be with the Lord on June 21, 2016 at Greer Memorial Hospital.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Colel and Pearlie Ann H. Howard, she was a retired employee of Exide Battery and Greenville County Schools and was a member of Masterpiece Worship Center.

Surviving:

Surviving are two sons, Tony Yearwood, (Kayla) of Taylors and Stony Yearwood of Shelby, NC; two brothers, Curley Howard of Taylors and Clyde Howard of Travelers Rest; two sisters, Elizabeth Mullinax of Gaffney and Dolly Wofford of Taylors and five grandchildren, Bryan Yearwood, Cassidy Yearwood, Ashleigh Yearwood, Hannah Yearwood and Tony Yearwood, II.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016 at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Pastor Stony Yearwood and Pastor Shelia Grigg.

Burial will follow in Duncan Chapel Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 2:00-3:45 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016 at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
