Theiron Don Wilson, 85, of 304 Eastcrest Drive, died February 18, 2015 at McCall Hospice House.

A native of Williamsburg County, South Carolina, son of the late John Shelton and Kizzie Jordon Wilson, he was a 1951 graduate of Clemson University and a member of the Clemson Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, a retired chemist of Abbott Laboratories, and a member of Advent United Methodist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Mary Nell Greer Wilson of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donnie and Kay Wilson of Lake City, South Carolina and Phil and Lee Wilson of Goose Creek; two daughters and son-in-law, Kathy and Michael Merrill of Easley and Janet Winn of Simpsonville; one brother and sister-in-law, William Vahl and Betty Wilson of Spartanburg; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mr. Wilson was predeceased by a son-in-law, Karl Winn, two brothers, John Shelton Wilson, Jr. and James Kenneth Wilson, and one sister, Jacqueline Wilson Hill.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday at Advent United Methodist Church, conducted by Rev. Michael Turner and Rev. Susan Leonard Ray.

Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 1:00-2:15 p.m. Friday at the church.

The family is at the home.
