Walter L. Brannon, Jr., 84, of 523 Haven Drive, died March 13, 2014 at McCall Hospice House.

A native of Taylors, son of the late Walter L. and Nadine Souther Brannon, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran, a Mason, a retired employee of Greenville Technical College and a member of Northwood Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Barbara Black Brannon of the home; two sons, Michael Keith Brannon and Scott L. Brannon both of Greer; a daughter, Allison Brannon of Greer; a brother, Roy Brannon of Greer; a sister, Vivian Morgan of Woodruff; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Brannon was predeceased by three brothers, Harry Brannon, George Brannon and Brooks Brannon, and two sisters, Lena Jones and Shirley Gosnell.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Wood Memorial Park, conduced by Rev. Michael Joe Harvell.

Visitation will be held after the service at the cemetery.

The family is at the home.
