Willie Mae Jenkins Barbare, 87, widow of Calvin Barbare, died March 5, 2016 at her home.

A native of Hendersonville, NC, she was a daughter of the late Marion B. and Ethel Ruff Jenkins, a homemaker, and member of Highland Church of God.

Surviving:

Surviving are two sons, Charles Barbare (Jenny) and Joe Barbare (Cindy) all of Rhoadesville, VA; two daughters, Darlene Bruce (Joe) of Greer and Rene Willis (John) of Marietta; three sisters, O'Dessa, Joyce and Florence; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was also predeceased by a grandson, Charles E. "Chad" Barbare, Jr.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Highland Church of God, conducted by Rev. Tim Coston and Rev. Julian Holloway.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday at The Wood Mortuary.
