Children can enjoy the food and participate in the German entertainment during the event.
The annual festival will feature oompah bands, a variety of German foods and selection of Warsteiner beers – Oktoberfest, Pilsner, Dunkel and Konig Ludwig Weissbier. Warsteiner is Germany's largest privately owned brewery.
One of the two locations Warsteiner beers will be served is the corner of Randall and Trade Street, where The Davenport will be open all day for visitors to watch college football games and Notre Dame at Clemson at 8 p.m.
Warsteiner beers will also be sold at the corner of Victoria and Trade Street.
German-themed food can be purchased by vendors – Bavarian white sausages, knackwurst, bratwursts, fresh-baked pretzels, funnel cakes, kettle korn, spaetzel, chipstix, glazed nuts, German chocolate cake, black forest cake and other specialties for $1-$5.
Vendors include local artists featuring oil paintings, ceramics, photography, woodwork and jewelry.
Other beer and soft drink products will be sold.
The Greer State Bank Greer Station Oktoberfest is presented by Warsteiner.
