Teryn Traynham’s French 1 students practiced their French speaking skills when the Gorjux family visited Riverside Middle School from Nogent le Roi, France.  The photo shows the class and family members who visited the class.

Upcoming events:

• The 8^th Grade Dance will be held on Thursday, May 17^th from 6 - 8 p.m. in the school’s cafeteria. The theme is “A Knight to Remember”. 

• The 8^th Grade Fun Day will be held Friday, May 18^th.  Students will enjoy a special day including outside games and activities, an awards ceremony, intramural championship basketball game, yearbook signing, and a picnic lunch. 

•Final exams begin Tuesday, May 29 and end on Thursday, May 31.  Make-up exams will be given Friday, June 1 and report cards will be mailed home on June 5.
