A section of Business 85 southbound from Hearon Circle to Buffington Road will close Monday as crews begin a bridge repair project, according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
The Hearon Circle off-ramp will be closed on SC 85 southbound and extend for a half mile.
Repairs are expected to take until Aug. 14.
SCDOT suggests drivers going south on Business 85 take the following detour:
• Exit 5B for I-585 Northbound
• Turn left onto I-85 South
• Take exit 70 for I-26 East
• Take exit 19 to get back onto Business 85.
