Riley Michele Varner was crowned Miss Campobello Teen 2015 Saturday night at the Miss Chesnee pageant.
Varner won overall evening gown and onstage question. She sang “Good Morning Baltimore” from the play “Hairspray”. Her platform is #insideout, for inner beauty and will visit elementary and middle schools to help educate children the difference between inner and outer beauty.
The Miss South Carolina and Miss SC Teen pageant is in June at the Township Auditorium in Columbia.
Varner is a junior at Blue Ridge High School, on the student council, Beta club, Future Business Leaders of America, sings in the BRHS honors choir and plays softball.
Varner, 17 on Friday, plans to attend Anderson University and pursue a dental degree.
