Carolina’s Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology helps you to gain skills you need to be health. Diabetes affects every organ in your body. Participants must have a physician’s referral and insurance will be filed for program cost. A free blood glucose meter and diabetes reference book will be given to all participants. Call Erica Moore at 560-6465 for more information or to register.
