Washington Center is the recipient of several recent awards.

The center received the Upstate Diversity Leadership Honorable Mention Award for efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the upstate community.

Also, Washington Center received numerous awards from the Southwest PTA .

Volunteer of the Year was awarded to PTA Vice-President Karen Grindstaff. The Knights of Columbus received the Southwest PTA Business Partner of the Year honor. Samantha Stansell received Southwest PTA Teacher of the Year honors.
